Compilation is a working roastery with a café attached — not a café that buys someone else's coffee. We roast in small batches on Gold Street, then pull, steam and pour it a few feet away.
That short trip from roaster to cup is the whole reason the coffee tastes the way it does. It's also why the same beans on the shelf are the ones in your latte.
